The “Full automatic capsule filling machine” is a newly created full-automatic closed intermittent capsule filling machine, which can fill powders pellet, and tablets. It can completes the following process automatically: feeding capsule, detaching capsule, pharmacy powder filling, ejecting defective capsule, closing capsule and discharging finished capsule. It’s can fill the capsules from size 00# to size 5#, and also size A and size B capsules, it’s the best choice for large scale production.
This machine is equipped with vacuum loader for capsules and powder, which guarantee the excellent filling performance. All of the operation is conducted on the touch screen, it’s convient to control and management. .

Features :
1. Independent control system, which make the main motor and the mechanical system not to be interference with each other.
2. Filling rod in the process of up and down, there is a lot of resistance. In order to improve reduce the resistance and use spring auxiliary way, protect the safety of the machine operation.
3. Excellent design for clearing mode. Module cleaning station is designed to pin type brush blowing way. For powder which easy to stick in the die hole, add the blowing pin type brush cleaning device can stick inside of the die hole, using brush and compressed air blowing . Avoid the residual powder cause filling capsule action deviation.
4. Accuracy filling performance. Using porous type powder scraper, the powder on the dose of plate scattered more uniform, conducive to filling and dose accurately . Specially holder body of separate can adjust the volume of front row loading respectively, improve the filling quantity accuracy.
