| Description | This machine is mainly used for capsule surface, printings and internal defects inspection and sorting . It's suitbale for empty hard capsule from 00# to 4#. |
| Critical (A)visual defects | Double cap or body, telescoped, cracked, trims, mashed, oil hole, scrape hole, uncut, splits, short body. Critical printing defects, like double printing, non rechtification printing, un printed capsule, etc. |
| Major(B) visual defects | Double caps, bad join, major collet pinches, major rough cut, major pounched end. closed capsule, thin spots, long cap or body, short cap or body, major printed defects, major printing defects, such as part missing, off-register, off-set which make the logo cann’t recognized , Smeared, print line, ink spots…etc. |
