No matter what kind of ink is used, appropriate concentration is the precondition of good printing effect. Through the controlling of ink concentration, the printing can be clear and beautiful, the printing letters adhesion to the capsule surface will be strengthened.
3.There is a higher edible ink concentration requirement when continuous printing. Ink concentration must always be in dynamic balance:
Add diluents to the ink continuously (drip added), the diluents added amount should be equal to the diluents volatilized amount.(ink in the cartridge liquid level does not increase or decrease).
2. A certain amount of new ink will be added to the cartridge after 4-5hours continuous printing (this will keep the ink composition in relatively stable).
