Establishment of quality inspecton system will make it complete between production and trading process. We increased 5 people to control the quality of equipments. Each quality inspector had been trained about 1 month, they learned about how to inspect, the standard, not only technology, but also their psychological diathesis. A good inspector likes a screw in the machine, it looks not very important, once it lost, the machine can’t work long.
