Working principle
1 .Take the cap plate. Place it on a clean, dry surface; Place the encapsulation sheet on top of the cap sheet using the black pegs to fix it correctly. Pour capsule caps into the encapsulation sheet and, using a circular motion, gently shake the caps into the holes. While doing this, cover the gap in the wall of the encapsulation sheet with one hand to avoid spilling the caps. When the holes are filled pour out the excess caps. Remove the encapsulation sheet and put the cap plate to one side.
2.Now take the body plate, with the same way to put the body into the body plate.
3 .Pour a scoop of powder filler onto the body sheet and use the spreader to fill the bodies. If the bodies are not filled enough, use the tamping tool to compress the fillings and repeat the previous procedure till it filling enough.
4 .Put the middle plate on the cap plate which the side without gap alignment well. and make cap which out of the cap plate enter into the middle plate, and then turn over 180 degree, alignment well with the body plate and then gently push back and forth a few times, when the cap and body begin to join, then pressure it firmly, when all the caps and body joined well, take out the cap plate , and move the middle plate, and pour out the joined well capsules from the middle plate.
